Bally Bet Sportsbook, New York Yankees Have Officially Partnered Up

As legal sports betting continues to become the norm across the U.S., partnerships between sportsbooks and professional teams have skyrocketed. All the top sports betting operators have made deals with teams, with some even adding a physical sportsbook location to stadiums as part of the contract. And, as Massachusetts just legalized sports betting while Ohio has a launch date in place, even more local teams will seek these agreements. With New York rolling out sports betting in January of this year, plenty of the state’s teams have made agreements with the big names in sports betting, with one of the most popular squads in the area being the latest. Let’s take a deeper look at the New York Yankees’ latest deal.

New York Yankees Partner With Bally Bet

It’s just been announced that the New York Yankees and Bally Bet Sportsbook have finalized a partnership deal. This is the team’s second agreement with a sports betting platform after FanDuel Sportsbook, which also has its own deal with Yankee Stadium. Now that Bally Bet is an official sports betting partner with the team, the team can utilize team marketing and trademarks. This deal also sees the Bronx Bombers partnering with the other platforms under the Bally’s umbrella, such as Bally Casino, Monkey Knife Fight, and Bally Pally. This deal also happens to come in the midst of an excellent season for the team, which was the first in the league with at least 70 wins.

Bally Bet Still Green in New York

The deal with New York is the first for Bally Bet in the state of New York. This makes a lot of sense, as the sports betting platform only just launched last month. In fact, Bally Bet New York’s release came on July 8th, 2022, the official six-month anniversary of the state’s betting market launch date. Bally Bet is continuing its expansion across the country, as the online betting site is also available in Colorado, Arizona, Indiana, Iowa, and Virginia. While Bally Bet New York has no shortage of competition in the area, which features eight other sports betting sites at the moment, its well-designed app should intrigue plenty of sports bettors in the state.

New York Teams Continue To Add Sportsbook Partnerships

The New York teamup with Bally Bet Sportsbook is the latest in a long line of partnerships between professional NY sports teams in the area and sports betting operators. The closeby New York Mets have their own partnership with Caesars Sportsbook, which also has agreements with the New York Rangers and New York Knicks. Both the Rangers and Knicks have also struck a deal with DraftKings Sportsbook, while the Brooklyn Nets have a deal with FanDuel Sportsbook. The New Jersey have five different sportsbook partnerships with Unibet Sportsbook, PlayUp Sportsbook, Caesars Sportsbook, Betway Sportsbook, and FanDuel Sportsbook. In the NFL, the New York Giants have teamed up with DraftKings Sportsbook while the New York Jets have deals with FanDuel Sportsbook, BetMGM Sportsbook, WynnBET Sportsbook, and Fubo Sportsbook. Interestingly, the New York Islanders don’t currently have any established partnerships.
